Intergenerational Bargaining

towards integrated bargaining for younger ánd older workers in EU countries

The main objective of the iNGenBar (intergenerational bargaining) project is to develop expertise regarding the better integration of policies and strategies for younger and older workers through collective bargaining and social dialogue.

This project brings together experienced researchers from six EU-countries and wants to promote transnational learning by analysing the barriers and opportunities in ‘intergenerational bargaining’.

iNGenBar aims at contributing to integrated approaches by trade unions, employers‘ associations and companies in which the strategies on combatting youth unemployment and on promoting longer working lives, are combined.
